This multifunctional, rotary table, liquid-based automatic sandblasting machine is specifically designed for automated sandblasting of rod-shaped, integral tools such as CNC inserts with holes, end mills, drills, and taps. The machine utilizes the negative pressure generated by the high-speed flow of compressed air within the spray gun. A mixed sand and water abrasive (sandblasting medium) is introduced through a sand pipe into the spray gun and sprayed onto the workpiece surface at high speed, achieving a passivation effect. The main body is constructed of 304 stainless steel, with major components imported or from renowned joint venture brands. It is equipped with a high-efficiency, wear-resistant sand pump and eight sets of dedicated automatic sandblasting guns. It features stable operation, uniform spraying, automatic sand recycling, and durable wear protection for key components. This closed-loop system is equipped with dust and water mist removal to completely eliminate dust contamination.

Applications: Fine blast cleaning and edge passivation of CNC blades, end mills, toolholders, hobs, drills, and taps. It can also be used for pre-treatment of these products before PVD and CVD coatings, removing burrs and oxides, improving coating adhesion, and enhancing coating quality. The passivation value is adjustable from 10 to 60 μm.
Applicable abrasives: 180-1000 mesh alumina and industrial glass beads. Sanding is smooth and pulsation-free.
