Scope of Application:
Various CNC blades, threading blades, fine sandblasting cleaning, edge passivation, and selective coating removal (two-color blades). It can also be used for PVD and CVD processes on these products. Pre-treatment for coatings: removes burrs and oxides, improves coating adhesion, and enhances coating quality. Passivation values are controllable from 10-70µm, and the K value is controllable.
Applicable abrasives: 180-1000 mesh alumina and industrial glass beads. Sanding is smooth and pulsation-free.
