It improves surface smoothness, removes surface and edge burrs, eliminates surface imperfections, rounds sharp corners, and dulls tool edges. Currently, it is widely used for passivating and polishing cylindrical tools. The service life of tools treated, passivated, and polished is typically increased by 1-1.5 times. This machine features 24 processing stations and four spray guns. Parameters such as speed, pressure, and time can be freely adjusted, and a robotic automation mode is optional. The machine also features customized automatic door opening protection, reminders for when maintenance and wear-resistant material replacement cycles are reached, and variable frequency drive fault detection. Suitable for fine polishing and edge passivation of rotary cutting tools ranging from 0.8 to 32 mm (Ø), up to 300 mm in length. These tools include ball cutters, drills, milling cutters, taps, hobs, broaches, and various parts and accessories, as well as carbide, ceramic, HSS, and CBN tools. They can also be used for pre-treatment of these products before PVD and CVD coatings, removing burrs and oxides, improving finish, and enhancing coating quality. The passivation value is adjustable from 0.1 to 5 μm, and the K value is controllable.
