This machine is designed to remove burrs from thermosetting plastic products produced by compression or injection molding. Combining a self-contained projectile mechanism, chassis, endless belt conveyor, and dust collector, it boasts a compact design, compact size, and high efficiency. The projectile material is projected onto the product by a high-speed rotating impeller, quickly removing both flaky burrs and burrs within recesses or holes. The projectile force is adjusted using the frequency converter keypad on the control panel. The spray chamber, lined entirely with rubber, is comprised of an endless belt conveyor. While the conveyor rotates clockwise, the product is agitated by the high-speed projectile material, which strikes it, achieving uniform burr removal. The projected material is continuously recirculated through a sophisticated system. Powdery burrs and smaller particles are sucked into the dust collector, while larger pieces are filtered out by a screen. A humidifying nozzle is located in the center of the suction pipe. The appropriate amount of moisture enhances the spray cleaning effect, prevents dust adhesion, and extends the life of the projectile material.
