This multifunctional manual and automatic sandblasting machine is specifically designed for the automated sandblasting of perforated CNC blades, rod-shaped integral tools, and circular saw blades. It utilizes the negative pressure generated by high-speed compressed air flowing through the spray gun to draw abrasive (sandblasting medium) through a sand pipe and eject it onto the workpiece surface at high speed, achieving a passivation effect. The main body is constructed of A3 cold-rolled steel plate, with major components imported or from renowned joint venture brands. It is equipped with a high-efficiency precision separator, four dedicated automatic sandblasting guns, and one set of manual sandblasting guns. It features stable operation, uniform spraying, automatic abrasive recycling, and durable wear protection in key areas. This closed-loop system is equipped with an independent pulsed automatic backflush filter to completely eliminate dust contamination.

Applications: Fine-grained sandblasting and edge passivation of CNC blades, end mills, toolholders, hobs, and circular saw blades. It can also be used for pre-treatment of these products before PVD and CVD coatings to remove burrs and oxides, improve coating adhesion, and enhance coating quality. The passivation value is adjustable from 10 to 60 μm.
Applicable abrasives: 180-500 mesh alumina and industrial glass beads. Sanding is smooth and pulsation-free.
