This semi-automatic liquid sandblasting machine is specially designed for the automated sandblasting of perforated CNC blades, rod-shaped integral tools, and circular saw blades. It utilizes the negative pressure generated by high-speed compressed air flowing through the spray gun to draw a mixture of sand and water (sandblasting medium) through a sand pipe. The mixture is then ejected onto the workpiece surface at high speed, achieving a passivation effect. The main body is constructed of 304 stainless steel, with key components imported or from renowned joint venture brands. It utilizes a high-efficiency, wear-resistant sand pump and is equipped with four dedicated sandblasting guns. The machine features stable operation, uniform spraying, automatic sand and water recycling, and durable, wear-resistant key components. This closed-loop system is equipped with an independent water mist exhaust and dust removal system to completely eliminate dust contamination.

Applications: Liquid fine blasting and edge passivation of CNC blades, end mills, toolholders, hobs, and circular saw blades. It can also be used for pre-treatment of these products before PVD and CVD coating to improve adhesion, clean drips after coating, and improve coating quality. The passivation value is adjustable from 10-60µm.
Applicable abrasives: 180-1000 mesh alumina and industrial glass beads.
