2. The main body is constructed of stainless steel and equipped with two dedicated, wear-resistant sandblasting pumps and 16 sets of universal standard sandblasting guns with oscillating motion. The guns are arranged in two groups, one for cleaning the front and back of the ceramic sheet. The workpiece is placed on a V-shaped conveyor belt and driven by a reduction motor through the workroom at a constant speed. The conveyor line is equipped with a stepless variable speed control system, allowing for infinitely variable speed adjustment. The machine is equipped with an independent exhaust and dust removal system, and its exhaust, drainage, and noise levels meet relevant national environmental standards. The electrical control system comprises a PLC and a Siemens digital display human-machine interface. The machine features stable operation, a high degree of automation, uniform spraying, automatic sand and water recycling, and wear-resistant and durable key components.
