The explosion-proof water mist dust collector technology and products feature a simple structure, high purification efficiency, and a wide range of applications. They can be used for large-particle atomization purification in spraying, polishing, shot blasting, sandblasting, and other applications.
How it works: Smoke and dust particles enter the cyclonic spray dust collector's swirl ramp mechanism through the air duct under the negative pressure of the fan. The high-speed rotation of the cyclonic wind and water causes the dust gas to fully fuse with the rotating liquid, resulting in centrifugal separation and decomposition. The dust then passes through the packing filter layer. Water mist contained in the exhaust gas is intercepted by the packing filter layer and discharged into the atmosphere by the fan. The absorbent (water) is pressurized by a water pump at the bottom of the dust collector and sprayed downward from the top, mixing with the exhaust gas. It then flows back to the bottom of the device for primary sedimentation, secondary filtration, and finally back to the large water tank for recycling.
The device itself consists of the main body, swirl barrel, demisting layer, circulating water pipes, and circulating water tank (the automatic scraper device must be customized and installed separately).
