Working Principle of the Filter Cartridge Dust Collector
1. Dust-laden air enters the dust collector through a side inlet. Dust is intercepted and collected by the outer surface of the filter cartridge. The purified air then flows out through the center of the filter cartridge, achieving purification. Pulse backflush utilizes compressed air (0.6-0.7 MPa) to generate a powerful airflow, which is released through a pulse solenoid valve to the center of the filter cartridge. This acts like a vibration, shaking and dislodging dust accumulated on the outer surface of the filter cartridge, which then falls into the dust hopper below. To ensure normal and continuous operation of the filter cartridge dust collector, the machine uses a pulse controller to perform backflush according to a set program.
