This machine utilizes a rubber crawler conveyor (roller, mesh, roller, or V-belt options are available). Workpieces are driven by the conveyor at a constant speed through the shot blasting chamber, where they are shot by the upper and lower shot blasters. This ensures high production efficiency. The conveyor drive motor is equipped with a professional frequency converter for speed regulation to meet the customer's diverse shot blasting requirements.

1. This machine utilizes a roller conveyor, with workpieces loaded and unloaded at one end. Workpieces pass through the shot blasting chamber at a constant speed, requiring only manual loading and unloading. This significantly improves production efficiency. This machine offers a compact structure, high cleaning quality, safe and reliable operation, and smooth operation. Its pitless design facilitates installation and reduces investment costs.
2. This machine is equipped with four (six, eight, or ten optional) shot blasters, positioned at an angle at the upper and lower ends of the machine. The shot blasting wheel power is available in 4kW (5.5kW/7.5kW/11kW), and the dust collector can be configured with either a timed automatic flushing and back-flushing filter element or explosion-proof water mist dust removal.
3. Processing Scope of This Machine: This machine is suitable for cleaning or strengthening a wide variety of profiles, castings, forgings, and riveted parts in small and medium batches, especially for cleaning or strengthening the surfaces of flat workpieces.
4. Shot Blasting Process: First, the workpiece is placed on the upper end of the conveyor line. The conveyor carries the workpiece forward at a constant speed through the shot blasting chamber. The shot blasting wheel then blasts the workpiece. After the workpiece is blasted, it is blown away and conveyed to the lower end for manual removal.
