1. Utilizes a V-belt conveyor with stepless variable speed control. The conveyor belt prevents sand accumulation and is easy to replace. It is topped with a green plastic mesh for excellent air permeability, making it suitable for machining small parts. The conveyor belt is reversible.
2. A spiral, wind-driven abrasive recovery system ensures a stable and smooth abrasive loop, with automatic recycling and reuse, increasing abrasive utilization.
3. The blasting gun uses a forward and backward swinging motion for more uniform blasting of workpieces. The gun speed can be adjusted with variable speed according to actual needs.
4. Utilizes a state-of-the-art upper cyclone separator, equipped with an independent exhaust and dust removal system, and a negative pressure design for an environmentally friendly and pollution-free workroom.
5. The entire machine is equipped with a boron carbide nozzle, and the blasting hose is custom-made from imported materials. Key areas within the blasting chamber are specially protected for a longer service life and easier maintenance.
6. Each gun features individual pressure control. Pressure, spray angle, distance, conveying speed, and gun swing frequency can all be adjusted as needed, resulting in improved uniformity and a wider range of applications.
7. Acceptable abrasives include: corundum, glass beads, walnut sand, resin sand, nylon sand, etc.
8. This machine is equipped with an independent automatic pulse backflush filter dust collector. Its dust removal efficiency and performance surpass those of ordinary bag filters.
9. Customization is possible based on customer requirements.
