This machine is specially designed to address the collision-resistant requirements of aluminum die-cast parts during shot blasting. It is used for sand removal, rust removal, scale removal, and surface hardening of small die-castings, forgings, stampings, gears, and other parts. The shot blasting equipment utilizes a high-speed rotating impeller to project shot blasts onto the workpieces on a rotating parts tray, achieving both cleaning and hardening. This machine can operate in either continuous rotation mode for round tubes or intermittent rotation. Each area features a small, self-rotating turntable (parts tray). Parts to be processed are clamped onto the tray by a fixture, and the large turntable moves the parts into the processing area. To operate, simply hang or clamp the part on the tray and press the auto-start button. The machine automatically starts and completes the cleaning process. An explosion-proof water curtain dust collector and explosion-proof devices are available to meet site requirements.
